GLP-3 RT Research Peptide: Lot-Verified Triple Agonist
GLP-3 RT is a synthetic, lipidated 39-residue peptide that activates three receptors at once: GLP-1R, GIPR and the glucagon receptor (GCGR). Evo Peptides publishes the independent lab numbers for the exact lot we ship, including how much peptide is actually in each vial, so your concentrations are calculated from measured mass rather than the label.
Current lot RT0006: what the lab measured

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 15mg | 99.72% | 15.00 mg | 16.94 mg | +12.9% | 07/30/2026 |
| 30mg | 99.57% | 30.00 mg | 31.49 mg | +5.0% | 07/30/2026 |

Why measured mass matters for your math
Most suppliers state purity and stop. Purity tells you what fraction of the material is the target peptide; it does not tell you how many milligrams are in the vial. A 15mg vial from lot RT0006 holds 16.94 mg, so a stock solution built on the label is about 13% stronger than the researcher thinks. The table below uses the measured values.
| Diluent volume | 15mg vial (16.94 mg actual) | 30mg vial (31.49 mg actual) |
|---|---|---|
| 1 mL | 16.94 mg/mL · 3.58 mM | 31.49 mg/mL · 6.66 mM |
| 2 mL | 8.47 mg/mL · 1.79 mM | 15.75 mg/mL · 3.33 mM |
| 3 mL | 5.65 mg/mL · 1.19 mM | 10.50 mg/mL · 2.22 mM |
Molarity uses MW 4731.33 g/mol. Values apply to lot RT0006 only; future lots get their own figures. Run any other volume in our reconstitution calculator using the measured mass from your lot's COA.
GLP-3, GLP3RT, GLP-3R: one compound, many labels
There is no natural hormone called GLP-3. The body makes GLP-1 and GLP-2; "GLP-3" is catalog shorthand the research market adopted for this triple agonist, where the 3 refers to three receptor targets. Every label below points to the same sequence.
| Label you'll see | Where it comes from |
|---|---|
| GLP-3 RT · GLP3RT · GLP 3RT | Most common research-catalog name; spacing and hyphens vary |
| GLP-3 · GLP3 · GLP-3R | Shortened forms of the same catalog name |
| RT · RT3 | Vendor nicknames; RT3 is this page's internal SKU |
| EP-3 RT · EP-3 (R) | Evo Peptides' lot and COA product code |
| CAS 2381089-83-2 | The chemical registry identifier: the only label that is fully unambiguous |
When comparing suppliers, match the CAS number and molecular formula, not the nickname. Our GLP-3 RT sourcing guide covers what else to check.
Mechanism: three receptors, unequal potency
Single agonists act on GLP-1R; dual agonists add GIPR. GLP-3 RT adds the glucagon receptor, which is why it is used as a reference in glucagon-receptor signaling and hepatocyte assays that GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP compounds don't address. The three activities are deliberately unbalanced: in the original characterization (Coskun et al., Cell Metabolism, 2022), potency at human GIPR exceeded native GIP, while potency at GLP-1R and GCGR was below the native ligands. That ratio is the design feature researchers study, and it is why results from single- or dual-agonist experiments do not transfer directly.
A fatty diacid side chain lets the peptide bind serum albumin, which slows clearance relative to native incretins. Keep the lipidation in mind when choosing assay buffers: albumin in the medium changes free fraction and apparent potency.
Handling and storage
Sealed lyophilized vials tolerate room temperature for shipping; store at −20 °C for long-term holding. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water such as Evo H2O, then keep at 2–8 °C, protect from light and use within 28 days. Because the peptide is lipidated, add diluent slowly down the vial wall and swirl rather than shake to limit foaming and surface adsorption. Aliquot stock solutions if your protocol runs longer than a few weeks to avoid repeated freeze-thaw.
Ordering and regulatory status
GLP-3 RT is available in 15mg ($69.95), 20mg ($89.95) and 30mg ($134.95) vials. Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST ship the same day from Boyd, Wisconsin; Saturday shipping applies to orders placed before 9 AM Central. Free shipping on orders $200+, with UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air at checkout. COAs are published on this page and in our COA library for every lot; they are not included in the box.
The reference compound is investigational: its sponsor completed Phase 3 readouts in 2026, and it is not approved by the FDA. Background is in our GLP-3 RT research guide.
GLP-3 RT FAQ
Where can I buy GLP-3 RT in the USA?
Order directly on this page. Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST ship same day from Boyd, Wisconsin, and orders of $200+ ship free.
Is GLP-3 a real hormone?
No. Humans produce GLP-1 and GLP-2. "GLP-3" is a research-catalog name for this synthetic triple agonist of GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors.
Are GLP-3 RT, GLP3RT and GLP-3R different products?
No. They are spelling variants of the same catalog name. Confirm identity by CAS 2381089-83-2 and formula C221H342N46O68 on the supplier's COA.
What is EP-3 (R) peptide?
EP-3 (R), or EP-3 RT, is the Evo Peptides lot and COA code for GLP-3 RT. It is the same compound.
How is GLP-3 RT different from GLP-2 TRZ?
GLP-2 TRZ is a dual agonist (GLP-1R and GIPR). GLP-3 RT adds glucagon receptor activity, making it the reference of choice for glucagon-receptor signaling work.
Why does my vial contain more than the label says?
Vials are filled above label to guarantee the stated minimum. For lot RT0006 the lab measured 16.94 mg in the 15mg vial and 31.49 mg in the 30mg vial. Use the measured figure when calculating concentration.
What purity is the current lot?
99.72% (15mg) and 99.57% (30mg) by HPLC, lot RT0006, tested 07/30/2026 by ILS Laboratories.
Is GLP-3 RT approved for human use?
No. It is an investigational compound, not FDA-approved, and Evo Peptides sells it strictly for in vitro laboratory research.
