Each vial is individually sealed and padded to prevent breakage in transit. All orders ship in discreet, unmarked packaging — the outside of the box contains no branding or product information. Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with appropriate insulation as needed.

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships — typically within a few hours of the 3:00 PM CST same-day cutoff. You can also log in to your account at evopeptidesus.com/my-account to view order status and tracking at any time.

Lyophilized (powder) peptides should be stored at -20°C (freezer) for long-term storage, or at 2–8°C (refrigerator) for short-term use up to 4 weeks. Always protect from light and humidity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within 28 days.

Use bacteriostatic water (BAC water). Insert the needle and inject the water slowly down the side wall of the vial — never directly onto the peptide cake. Gently swirl until clear; do not shake or vortex. Use our free Peptide Reconstitution Calculator to calculate the exact volume of BAC water needed for your target concentration.

Lyophilized peptides stored properly at -20°C have a shelf life of 2+ years. Each product includes a lot-specific expiration date. Reconstituted peptides stored at 2–8°C should be used within 28 days for optimal stability. Avoid light exposure and temperature fluctuations regardless of storage method.

Yes. Every batch is tested by independent, accredited third-party laboratories — not in-house. We use HPLC for purity and Mass Spectrometry for identity confirmation. Test results are published on each product page and accessible at our CoA page. We don't sell anything we can't back with documentation.

First, check with neighbors and any secure package locations at your address. If the package is still missing after 24 hours, contact us at info@evopeptidesus.com with your order number. We'll file a carrier claim and work with you on a resolution. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
