What Is KLOW Peptide?
KLOW is a four-peptide research blend supplied as a single 80mg lyophilized vial. It combines the three peptides of the GLOW blend (GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500) with KPV, a C-terminal tripeptide fragment of α-MSH. The name is commonly read as KPV + GLOW.
Researchers use KLOW when a study design calls for all four compounds together and a single-lot, single-vial format is simpler than sourcing four separate peptides. KLOW is sold for in vitro and laboratory research only. It is not approved for human or veterinary use.
What Peptides Are in KLOW?
KLOW contains four peptides with very different sizes and research histories. The widely used KLOW 80mg formulation is 50mg GHK-Cu plus 10mg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV.
| Peptide | Typical mg / vial | Share | Length | Mol. weight | Studied in preclinical research for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| GHK-Cu | 50mg | 62.5% | 3 aa + Cu²⁺ | ~404 Da | Collagen and extracellular-matrix signaling |
| BPC-157 | 10mg | 12.5% | 15 aa | ~1,419 Da | Tissue-repair and angiogenesis models |
| TB-500 | 10mg | 12.5% | 43 aa (synthetic Tβ4) | ~4,963 Da | Actin regulation and cell migration |
| KPV | 10mg | 12.5% | 3 aa (Lys-Pro-Val) | ~342 Da | Inflammatory-signaling pathways |
| Total | 80mg | 100% | — | — | — |

How Much Does KLOW Cost?
KLOW 80mg research blends typically sell for about $100–$120 per vial in 2026. Evo Peptides prices KLOW 80mg at $119.95. Because vial sizes differ between suppliers (some sell 70mg or 90mg blends), compare on price per milligram, then check that milligram figure against the COA's net peptide content.
| Measure | Value | How it's calculated |
|---|---|---|
| Price per vial | $119.95 | Current list price |
| Cost per labeled mg | $1.50 | $119.95 ÷ 80mg |
| Cost per tested mg | $1.41 | $119.95 ÷ 85.22mg net peptide content (lot EP-KLOW80-2) |
| Shipping | $0 | Free standard on all orders; free 2-day at $150+ |
An 80mg label is a target, not a measurement. Net peptide content on the COA is what is actually in the vial. Lot EP-KLOW80-2 measured 85.22mg against an 80mg label, so the real cost is lower than the sticker suggests. A cheaper vial that tests under its label can cost more per usable milligram.
KLOW vs GLOW vs Wolverine
KLOW is GLOW plus KPV, and GLOW is the Wolverine pair plus GHK-Cu. The three blends nest inside each other, so the right choice depends on which components a study needs.
| Blend | Components | Typical total | Peptides | Adds over the previous blend |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| KLOW | GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500 + KPV | 80mg | 4 | KPV (inflammatory-signaling tripeptide) |
| GLOW | GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500 | 70mg | 3 | GHK-Cu (collagen/ECM signaling) |
| Wolverine | BPC-157 + TB-500 | 20mg | 2 | — |
How to Read a KLOW Blend COA
A blend COA has to prove every component is present, not just that the vial is pure. With four peptides ranging from ~342 Da to ~4,963 Da, a single identity result for "KLOW" is meaningless unless it names each component. Here is what the current Evo Peptides COA reports:
| Test | Specification | Result | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Peptide purity (RP-HPLC, 214 nm) | ≥ 95.0% | 99.70% | Pass |
| Identity (HPLC retention time vs. reference) | GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500 + KPV | Confirmed | Pass |
| Net peptide content | Report only | 85.22mg | Reported |
| Heavy metals (ICP-MS: As, Cd, Cr, Hg, Pb) | Below internal limits | Not detected | Pass |
| Sterility (PCR) | No growth | No growth | Pass |
| Endotoxin (USP <85>) | Report result | NMT 0.05 EU/mL | Reported |
| Fentanyl screen (immunoassay, 50 ng/mL) | Not detected | Not detected | Pass |
COA-2026-954549 · analysis date July 22, 2026 · ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab. The certificate carries a public access code (MNCPW7D8) so anyone can verify it directly with ILS. View the full PDF on the COA page, or learn the general method in How to Read a Peptide COA.
HPLC purity on a blend is the share of target-peptide peaks among all peptide-related peaks. It confirms the vial is clean. It does not show how the 80mg is split between components. That is why identity for each named peptide, plus net peptide content, matters more on a blend than on a single peptide.
7-Point KLOW Supplier Checklist
- All four components named on the COAIdentity must list GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV, not just "KLOW".

KLOW + GHK-Cu 50mg
Studies that need to compare the full blend against its largest single component often run KLOW alongside GHK-Cu 50mg ($34.95). A KLOW vial plus GHK-Cu clears the $150 free 2-day shipping threshold.
Storage After Delivery
- Match the lot. Check the vial's lot number against the COA and file it with your lab records.
- Store lyophilized vials cold and dark. −20 °C for long-term storage; 2–8 °C for short-term.
- Reconstitute only what you need. Once reconstituted, refrigerate and limit freeze-thaw cycles by aliquoting.
- Log it. Record lot, receipt date and reconstitution date for reproducibility.
Full handling details are in the peptide storage guide. For concentration math, use the reconstitution calculator with Evo H2O bacteriostatic water.
